Together with Justin Liu, 24 years old Denise Lim of PA Water Venture has qualified Singapore for the 2015 Rio Olympics in the Nacra 17, by winning the ISAF World Cup in Qingdao. Denise is a skilled dinghy sailor, with experience from match racing since 2012, the year she finished runner-up at the Asia Pacific Student Cup. She made her debut on the WIM Series in 2014. At the 2015 WIM Series event in Busan she’ll be back in match racing again, to learn from the world’s best sailors. When not sailing Denise works as a nurse in Changi General Hospital.
