37-years old Urara Fujii of Hayama Marina Yacht Club is enjoying the multi-tasking of being a mother, a wife and a successful sailor. She is a high school graduate who lives with her husband and daughter in Fujisawa City, in the Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan. Urara has been into match racing since 2007, winning the National Championships in 2008 and 2010. Nowadays she often sails J24 and Yamaha 30, with the goal for this year to defend her title from 2013 in the Japanese Match Race Series sponsored by Ito-en.
