Many people ask “What is match racing?” and often the answer involves a lot of hand waving or moving around of little model boats. Just prior to the 2012 London Olympics, British Olympian and Match Racing World Champion, Annie Lush, took it to another level using some sugar packets and coffee cups to give a quick matchracing lesson to Barry Glendenning of The Guardian newspaper.
